Does DTS People run Guinea-compliant payroll (CNSS, RTS)?
Yes. The Guinea payroll structure computes CNSS (5% employee / 18% employer), progressive RTS over six brackets, the lump-sum levy, the training tax and seniority. Every scale is configurable without development.
Do leave and time tracking flow into payroll automatically?
Yes. Unpaid absences are deducted automatically, and attendance hours and planning premiums (night, weekend, holiday, overtime) are dispatched to the payslip, with no double counting.
Do you handle social and tax filings?
Yes. The CNSS schedule, RTS statement and Single Monthly Return are generated each month from payslips, plus the annual DISA statements, ready to file.
Are payslips verifiable?
Yes. Each payslip can carry a certification QR code: a bank or third party verifies its authenticity on a public page, and the employer can revoke an erroneous payslip.
